Clinton Mohr

Principal

Clinton was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1991 and worked at a number of large commercial firms before commencing practice in his own firm.

While Clinton is an accredited specialist in property law, his broad experience across all areas of commercial, property and business law, allows him to apply a holistic approach to his clients’ legal issues.

The best possible legal result is going to come from providing advice with an understanding of how one area of the law affects and interacts with related areas of law that may play a part in the solution. Clinton’s experience with a broad client base has also given him an excellent understanding of a number of industries, which he uses to cater for client’s needs in a cost effective manner.

Clinton specialises in property and planning & environment law and has over fifteen years experience in advising clients in the areas of development, town planning, community title, contaminated land and leasing.

Peter is a nationally recognised and leading Major Projects Lawyer.

Peter leads the Major Projects and Disputes Team and has more than fifteen years of experience working within the mining, building, construction, infrastructure and development industries, specialising in project delivery, dispute resolution, drafting and advisory work.

Peter has advised and acted for leading mining, building and construction firms, as well as government clients, in both general commercial matters and disputes.

Peter and the Major Projects Team can advise clients at any stage of a matter, in a manner that is both effective and efficient. He is committed to providing the highest quality of service to clients, which reflects his understanding of the often-intricate matters that clients have.

Angela Dabelstein

Senior Associate

Angela is admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. Prior to commencing in private practice in 2012, Angela worked in legislation and policy development in the Queensland Government’s Department of Justice and Attorney-General.

Angela practices in the areas of commercial and property law and has worked on a number of large projects throughout Queensland. Angela specialises all forms of property and commercial transactions, including commercial and retail leasing; marina leasing; residential and commercial property developments; business sales and acquisitions.

Through her broad range of experience, Angela has developed the knowledge and skills to understand client needs and efficiently deliver advice to meet client expectations.

Associate

Trent is an Associate in the Major Projects and Disputes Team.

Trent works primarily in the Disputes Team; specialising in insurance, corporate regulation, building and construction industries, project delivery and advisory work.

Trent has advised clients in insurance, corporate regulation, building, construction, and security industries in commercial matters and disputes.

Trent acts for and advises national and international clients in relation to major projects, insurance disputes and indemnity issues.

Sophia provides advisory support services across a number of litigious commercial disputes to both the Major Projects and Disputes team as well as a wide range of clients in the building, construction, property and utilities sectors.

Carlie has 15 years experience within the legal industry and holds an Associate degree in Law.  She joined Clinton Mohr Lawyers in 2008 and has held the role of Practice Manager since 2017.
