Clinton Mohr
Principal

Clinton was admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland in 1991 and worked at a number of large commercial firms before commencing practice in his own firm.

While Clinton is an accredited specialist in property law, his broad experience across all areas of commercial, property and business law, allows him to apply a holistic approach to his clients’ legal issues.

The best possible legal result is going to come from providing advice with an understanding of how one area of the law affects and interacts with related areas of law that may play a part in the solution. Clinton’s experience with a broad client base has also given him an excellent understanding of a number of industries, which he uses to cater for client’s needs in a cost effective manner.

Clinton specialises in property and planning & environment law and has over fifteen years experience in advising clients in the areas of development, town planning, community title, contaminated land and leasing.

Angela Dabelstein
Senior Associate

Angela was admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of Queensland and High Court of Australia. Prior to commencing in private practice in 2012, Angela worked in legislation and policy development in the Queensland Government’s Department of Justice and Attorney-General.

Angela practices in the areas of commercial and property law and has worked on a number of large projects throughout Queensland. Angela specialises in all forms of property and commercial transactions, including commercial and retail leasing; marina leasing; residential and commercial property developments; business sales and acquisitions.

Through her broad range of experience, Angela has developed the knowledge and skills to understand client needs and efficiently deliver advice to meet client expectations.

 

Nadine Bell
Solicitor

Nadine is a solicitor in the commercial and property law team

Nadine practices in the areas of commercial and property law.  Prior to being admitted as a solicitor in 2020, Nadine had over 20 years’ experience in legal administration and has been a part of the Clinton Mohr Lawyers team since its inception in 2006.

Nadine’s prior experience has provided her with exposure to a diverse range of practice areas and provided her with technical skills and a unique insight into commercial and property law transactions.  Nadine has effective skills to understand client needs, with proven ability to meet client expectations.

 

Joseph O’Brien
Solicitor

Joseph is a solicitor in the commercial and property law team

Joseph practices in the areas of commercial and property law. Since commencing with the firm in 2019, he has acted on a wide range of property and commercial transactions and projects.

Joseph is team-driven and enjoys working with his colleagues to consistently deliver positive outcomes for his clients.

Kyra Ng
Solicitor

Kyra is a solicitor in the property law team

Kyra practices in Planning and Environment law and Commercial Litigation.

She has experience dealing with planning disputes and appeals, disputes concerning the requirements of the Environmental Protection Act 1994 and regulation, construction law and a range of commercial and property law transactions.

Kyra’s energetic attitude and inquisitive nature allows her to quickly adapt and respond to complex legal issues.

 

Elisha Hoare
Paralegal

Elisha has 7 years experience within the legal industry and commenced her role as a paralegal in 2016.

Elisha has a strong focus on both pre and post off the plan contracts and acts for developers in residential unit and townhouse developments.

 
 

Carlie Jones
Practice Manager

Carlie has over 15 years’ experience within the legal industry and holds an Associate degree in Law.  She joined Clinton Mohr Lawyers in 2008 and has held the role of Practice Manager since 2017.

Carlie focuses on the general management of the firm including financial management, strategic planning and human resources.
